TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
MegaPOS is a leading solution developer for the hospitality and retail industry. We are creating various new positions to accommodate rapid growth in the Asia Pacific market for its point-of-sales and back end ERP systems and solutions.
Task & Responsibilities
•Deliver service and support to end-users, via remote connection or over the phone
•Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
•Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business;
•Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.
•Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary;

• Ability to assess each customer’s IT knowledge levels in order to explain complex information in simple, clear terms to a non-IT personnel
• Possesses, acquires, and maintains the technical/professional expertise required to do the job effectively and to create effective customer solutions

Task & Responsibilities
•Determines the needs of a customer and offer solutions to those needs through the company’s products or services; meet or even exceed the sales quotas.
•Establish long-lasting relationships by work closely with customers throughout the sales process.
•Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
•Dealing with and resolving customer complaints and concerns.

Task & Responsibilities
•Involved in developing marketing campaigns to promote a product, service or idea.
•A varied role that includes planning, advertising, public relations, event organisation, product development, distribution, sponsorship and research.
•Monitoring competitor activity & placing adverts in newspapers, magazines;
•To liaise and building relationships. Externally, this could be with customers and suppliers. Internally this could mean different related and supporting departments.
